This month and next, we're hosting a group of therapists who work with first responders for The Art of Being Well.

It's our team building wellness experience. A group picks what it wants from the menu (yoga, massage, guided meditation, pot and plant painting, and more), and we build the afternoon around those choices. No clinical work, no notes, no agenda beyond a few hours of actual rest.
