Hi!! We have some new faces around here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Chantel, but most people call me Chan.

Here are a few random things about me that you didn’t ask for:

✨ I’m a mom to 4 incredible humans, including twins (which has been the ultimate lesson in slowing down and letting go of perfection).

✨ I started hair school at 17 while still a senior in high school. I turned 34 this year, so this August marks 17 years since my first day! (literally half my life.)

✨ I’m obsessed with all things Disneyland. The rides, the treats, the magic. We try to go at least twice a year… but I’d happily go more.

✨ Watching someone leave my chair feeling more confident than when they walked in will never stop feeling magical to me. It’s my favorite part of what I do.

✨I talk in my sleep… occasionally so loud that I wake myself up 😅

✨ I was voted “best hair” in junior high.😂

✨ I never loved my brown eyes growing up, until I saw them on my kids. Now I think they’re beautiful.

✨ Blonding, dimensional brunettes, and extensions are my love language behind the chair.

✨ I’m an audiobook girly forever.

✨ I didn’t make the cheer team my sophomore year in high school, and it really shook my confidence for a while. Even after making it junior and senior year, I still carried that feeling of not fully fitting in years and years later.

✨ I’m a recovering people pleaser and a really good listener (which I think makes for pretty great hair appointments).

More than anything, my favorite part of this job is the relationships. Getting to know the women in my chair, hearing your stories, celebrating wins, and being a small part of your lives means so much to me.
