It’s official…

It’s with a heavy heart that I announce is CLOSING 9/29/24

Over the past 7 years, I’ve met so many amazing women as clients who have become great friends. Words can’t express the gratitude I have for my girls who have stuck with me since European Wax Center, since I was home-based, and as I’ve moved salons. I’m so thankful for the community and friendships this journey has blessed me with so far.

If you’re a regular client, you already know how difficult this decision was. Closing was definitely not on my 2024 bingo card but the universe is sending us to NorCal/Central Valley!

The plan is to continue Hot Stuff Esthetics as a home based studio in Manteca, CA and eventually transition into a more educational role online! If that’s something you’re interested in, stay tuned!

To all of my beautiful clients, THANK YOU so much for the love you’ve showed baby and I during this time! Working in the beauty industry and being surrounded by clients who are amazing women and mothers has been so uplifting and encouraging! Your advice and support has been helpful beyond words. A huge thank you to everyone who showered us with baby gifts, it means the world to us 🩷

I’m so sad to be away for so long, my clients have all truly become family to me but I’m so excited for this new journey called motherhood! 😭

I plan to take 10 weeks away from the studio (heartbreaking) but I will be back starting July 5th. My new schedule will be Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 9:30am-6pm. I’m hoping this allows for my Mon-Fri 9-5 girlies to come in on their days off!

While I’m out, all skin care will be available for pickup or shipping! Nat will be taking care of most orders and many of the companies we work with offer drop shipping. Continue to purchase through the website and products will get to you as normal!

FAQ: How long does my hair have to be to get waxed? 🤔

Short answer:
The longer the better!

Leave the trimming to your waxer, don’t try to trim at home. You could potentially trim too short and result in the hair not getting lifted by the wax!

Trash the Tree Hut Sugar Scrub! 🚮

Tree Hut Scrubs contain loads of unnecessary fragrance which can be harmful to your sensitive areas pH balance. We should never use products with fragrance such as body washes, scrubs, wipes etc. in the bikini area.

Sugar scrubs, especially those packaged in jars, can easily be diluted when exposed to water in the shower causing the scrub to work ineffectively.

•You should be booking a professional exfoliating treatment every 4 weeks to remove that top layer of dead skin cells! When you don’t exfoliate, your hydrating products won’t be able to work like they should and will just be sitting on top of all of those dead skin cells.

•Using a hydrating enzyme mask at home weekly is going to enhance your skins hydration while gently exfoliating the skin during these dry months.

•If your regular moisturizer just isn’t cutting it during this time of year, it’s time to switch it up! Look for a moisturizer rich in ceramides.
