I have only ever had my hair cut by 3 people my whole life and I’m 25. I went to Ulta to try a 4th person and they jacked me up so horribly I cried for days. I believe I had Adrianna at The Loft and I was SO happy walking out. She fixed what they did to me and made me look like me again. I was so happy. They’re so kind and fun in the whole salon. 10/10. Will go back this week.
