Health and Fitness Coach Chrissy

I have Fibromyalgia (Chronic Pain), I also have a 8 year old son who is autistic, and a very moody teenage girl. I work in a Pediatric Clinic and I am also a Parent Partner for families with children that have special needs. In this whole process I have learned that I have a passion for helping others. So I decided that since I have some experience with being over weight, having medical problems, being a single mother of 2, and dealing with everything that life and can throw at a person, I might be able to help spread some of my knowledge and compassion for others by becoming a coach. I chose exercise as my foundation. I believe that if you work hard (exercise) and fuel your body with the correct nutrition and have some support through the process YOU CAN reach your goals! The possibilities are endless! You don't have to be skinny or full of muscles, you have to have the passion and the drive to be a better version of your self. We will succeed!
