A little reminder from your salon family 💛

This season is one of our busiest of the year. Between wedding season, the busy summer season, vacations, and all of the beautiful events happening in our community, our team is working incredibly hard to take care of everyone who chooses to spend their time and money with us.

Most days, our artists are here from 8:30 AM until 8:00 PM (and sometimes beyond), doing everything we can to keep up with appointments, messages, scheduling changes, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running.

But at the end of the day, we are also daughters, mothers, wives, friends, and humans.

We know delayed responses can be frustrating and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season. Please know that if we miss a text or take longer than usual to respond, it is never because we don’t care. It’s because we are actively serving clients and doing our best to show up fully for both our work and our families.

We are endlessly grateful that you choose us. We never take that for granted, especially knowing there are so many talented cosmetology professionals in our community.

With that said, kindness matters.

If our timing, availability, or communication style doesn’t fit your needs during this season, we completely understand and encourage you to explore the many amazing options our community has to offer. There is more than enough success to go around, and we genuinely support that.
