I invite you to see inside of me for a minute. My thoughts on aging as a massage therapist.

What truly lights me up is helping others, but not at the expense of harming myself in the process.

This is part of why I limit the number of hours I work in a day. I want to be present with you, not rushing from one body to the next like an assembly line.

I want to offer thoughtful massage therapy that listens to your body’s needs and adapts accordingly. Sometimes healing asks for slower rhythms. Sometimes it means creating enough quiet for your nervous system to finally tune into a different radio station entirely.

As I age, I can see my offerings evolving into something even more customizable, where intentional pressure and gentler care coexist more and more. Honestly, I think that evolution could become a bit like fine wine for the people who truly vibe with my approach.

Important Information on my availability! A small shift to support the bigger picture. 🌿

Starting 3/2/2026, my appointment hours will be 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, with last appointments starting at 3:00 pm. I will also continue to be closed on Wednesdays. If you are already scheduled past 3 pm your scheduled appointment will not change! I will honor what is already scheduled on my books. This applies to newly scheduled appointments/reschedules as of today.

Weekend appointments will still be available in a limited capacity for those whose schedules don’t allow for daytime visits.

This change helps me stay grounded, present, and able to give each session the care it deserves.
