Continuing education has always been important to me throughout my career as a massage therapist, and I’m incredibly excited to be traveling to Florida soon to study MediCupping and ACE VacuTherapies with Anita Shannon. ACE Massage Cupping

Anita has been a nationally recognized educator since 1990 and was inducted into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame in 2011. I was actually present at the World Massage Festival the year she received that honor, so being able to study with her now feels especially meaningful and full circle.

This intensive training focuses on advanced cupping and vacuum therapies, lymphatic support, bodywork applications, and treatment protocols for specific conditions.

I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and bringing these new skills back home to my clients in Roanoke, VA. 🤍

New Offering: Massage for Perimenopause & Menopause Women are often expected to silently push through the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause - poor sleep, stress, anxiety, tension, exhaustion, feeling disconnected from the body . . . and still continue caring for everyone else. I'm excited to begin offering massage sessions designed to support women through this transition with calming lymphatic massage, nervous system support, rest, and reconnecting with the body. This work has been deeply inspired by the teachings of Claire Marie Miller and my own experience supporting women over the past 27 years as a massage therapist. This is not about "fixing" menopause.
