I just wanted to share that I will be making some adjustments to my schedule this weekend & trying to work out a new system for myself for this year.

I am reaching burnout very quickly & struggling hard with compassion fatigue. I'm recognizing I need to prioritize my time to focus on my health and my future in this career, as well as spending more time with my family & friends, and simply reserving time for myself.

I will be making another post & send out emails once I have set up my new schedule & have all the changes reflected on my website! If any changes need to be made, I will reach out individually ☺️

Hi everyone!
For the start of the year, I found some things with my Standard Haircut option I felt needed to be tweaked & adjusted a bit to ensure no one is over or under charged & that I'm also not under-charging myself.

I have created an additional option for Long Hair vs Short Hair in the Dry Cut category. I felt like I didn't have a consistent or fair price set for those with longer hair, so I decided the division here was needed!
For the Wet cuts, prices are set based on Short hair length. If you happen to have Rapunzel length locks, or we need extra time to tend to it properly, I will charge accordingly!

✨Dry cut price will still be honored for chemical services! Price changes are for stand-alone haircut services!✨️

⏰️ I added the time frames for reference to also help people choose the best service. Too many times I have run behind on others or felt rushed for having a long hair babe booked for not enough time, or my clients not knowing how much time to set aside for their day! My goal is to be more time efficient and book things better so I am not running behind as much and interfering with other set appointments. Time is precious & I want to respect your time just as much!!!

Speaking of time, if you've ever sat in my chair, you know I take my time to make sure every layer & every bit of your cut is perfect! There are no quick cuts from me 😅 I've realized I've been cutting myself short, no pun intended, when it came to longer styling. The time I take is by design, not for lack of skill or confidence!
As much as I try to hide it, 10 years behind the chair has taken its toll on my physical health & unfortunately, it does take more out of me to care for my long hair babes. 🥹 I'll love yall forever, but I have to make it worth it to myself, minding my time & my health 🤍

I wanted to send out an apology & address my untimely responses to messages from clients & potential clients, and my future need to ask for reschedules.

Kris & I both have been experiencing pain and sickness back & forth (Kris unfortunately dealing with the most unimaginable pain..) and I'm doing the best I can to take care of him, keep my health in check as well, and maintain our house 🏠
