Enough is enough.😤 I had a client sat in my chair last week after getting a relaxer. The stylist forgot to neutralize her hair before rolling her up and sticking her under the dryer. By the time she got to me, her hair was literally breaking in my hands as I shampooed her. I could barely even comb.😳 And by the grace of God alone, I was able to create a result she could still walk out proud of. This is exactly why clients are losing trust in us. Not because the industry is “oversaturated.”
Not because “nobody wants to pay.”
 But because too many of us have stopped treating this craft with the seriousness it deserves. Doctors don’t just guess their way through surgery. 
Lawyers don’t just show up in court with vibes.
 They study. They invest. They sharpen their knowledge and expertise. 
 When was the last time you bought new tools, or practiced on a mannequin head, or did a model? 
 When was the last time you invested in real education that elevated not just your technique but your brand positioning? Because it shows.
 It shows in the way clients side eye your price. It shows in the way they don’t rebook.
 💡And I’m telling you this not as shade, but as truth:
This industry will only shift when you refuse mediocrity altogether. The moment you choose to rise above what’s “normal” and set a new standard, you separate yourself from every stylist still blending in. The Six Figure Society exists because this industry needs a standard. It’s the only space for stylists who refuse to water themselves down, who refuse to treat this like “just hair,” and who are ready to shift the norms for good.🤌🏾 This is a community where authority is built, standards are raised, and getting paid what you’re worth becomes the baseline, not the exception.🔥🔥 Clients are watching and they can feel the difference.
