Kind words like these mean so much to us 🤍

Creating a space where people can move their bodies, slow down, feel encouraged, and be in community is at the heart of Prayers and Pilates. Thank you to everyone who has supported, attended a class, booked a sauna session, or shared their experience with us.

My youngest just had his 4-month shots, and as I sat rocking him today, I found myself reflecting on the seasons when my babies would wake up in someone else’s arms more than my own.

People often see the tip of the iceberg the business growth, the opportunities, the “success” but they don’t always see the sacrifice underneath that built the foundation.

Before I could make a career out of what I was passionate about, there were long days working jobs that didn’t light me up… jobs that funded the dream. Jobs that taught discipline, endurance, humility, and faith.

And looking back now, I can honestly say I’m grateful I gave even those seasons my all.

Because as a daughter of the Most High, I knew my work was never just unto people it was unto Him.

Every late night.
Every sacrifice.
Every unseen moment.
Every tear.
Every act of obedience.

None of it was wasted.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
— Colossians 3:23

One year with our sweet studio manager, Krista 🥹💕

What a gift you have been to Prayers & Pilates and to every single person who walks through our doors. From the countless little things no one sees, to the way you love our members so intentionally, you have helped shape the heart of this studio.

You lead with grace, serve with excellence, and carry such a calming, joyful spirit. Thank you for believing in this vision, praying over prayer requests, celebrating victories, comforting others in hard seasons, and helping make this place feel like home.

We truly could not imagine Prayers & Pilates without you. 🤍

Happy ONE YEAR, Krista! We love you endlessly and are so thankful God brought you to us. ✨🙏🏻

1. God cares about how you show up in the small things.
Not just big moments — even how you move, prepare, and care for your body.

2. Discipline is part of spiritual growth.
Showing up consistently builds more than physical strength — it builds character.

3. Rest and effort both have a place.
Scripture shows both labor and Sabbath — there is wisdom in balance.

4. Intentional living is a form of worship.
When you choose focus over distraction, you’re honoring God with your attention.
