This week, we’re praying for obedience. May we have the courage to follow where He leads, choose His Word over distraction, and trust Him even when we don’t understand the path ahead.
May our lives reflect our prayers, with more of Him and less of us.

✨ MEET HALEY ✨
Haley Leal has been teaching Pilates for three years, but her impact at Prayers & Pilates goes far beyond the reformer. 🤍
Haley has been part of our story since we opened our doors in 2024. Trained through STOTT Pilates and with four years of classical Pilates practice, she came to us with a strong foundation and a genuine passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident, and supported.
She began her journey with us as an instructor, but it quickly became clear that Haley wanted to be part of the bigger picture. Over the last year, she continued to step up, first becoming our Member Experience Lead and then, in July, stepping into the role of Studio Manager.
Haley has become an instrumental part of our team, especially in the continued education and development of our instructors. She leads with a servant’s heart, cares deeply about our members and team, and continues to help us raise the standard of what we do at Prayers & Pilates.
And she’s still doing what started it all — teaching. 🤍

This week, we’re praying for hope. May we keep our eyes fixed on Him through uncertainty, trust in His promises, and remember that no matter what lies ahead, our hope is secure in Him.
