With the increased No Call / No Shows in the passed few months we will be updating and inforcing our No Call/ No Show Policy. At our salon, we value both your time and our stvlists' time. When a client misses an appointment without notifving us, it leaves a gap in the schedule that could have been offered to someone else.
To keep things running smoothly for everyone:
A no-call/no-show will result in a fee of 50% the scheduled service
This fee must be paid before booking future appointments
If this happens more than once, we may kindly ask clients to prepay before booking their next appointment. If No call/ No Show becomes a recurring issue we may kindly ask you to seek service at another salon.
We completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Your communication helps us provide the best service to all of our guests.
