Just wrapped up an incredible OsteoThai Intensive in sunny Los Angeles, California! 🌴✨ Not my first OsteoThai course so this second time around I picked up more details, new friends and some new moves and I am so glad I went.
As a Thai massage therapist from Roanoke, VA, I flew across the country to dive deep into this transformative blend of Traditional Thai Massage and osteopathic principles. It was a powerful week of learning, hands-on practice, breathwork, and unlocking new levels of presence, mobility, and healing in the body.
