Christina LoFaro is a Certified Advanced Thai Massage Practitioner (CTMP) also know as ( Thai yoga therapist) who has studied Thai massage to the most advanced levels at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Arlington Virginia, Thailand and Japan. Her martial arts, yoga and CrossFit background it allows her to have a unique understanding of energy and the body. She currerntly teaches Thai Massage classes and one on one Hatha Yoga. She graduated from Uttara yoga studio in 2017 she is constantly learning and growing and doing workshops and retreats. Her future studies include an osteopathic manual practicioner degree as well as a licenced medical massage therapist.

Always Improving for My Clients and Students.
Just wrapped up an incredible OsteoThai Intensive in sunny Los Angeles, California! 🌴✨ Not my first OsteoThai course so this second time around I picked up more details, new friends and some new moves and I am so glad I went.
As a Thai massage therapist from Roanoke, VA, I flew across the country to dive deep into this transformative blend of Traditional Thai Massage and osteopathic principles. It was a powerful week of learning, hands-on practice, breathwork, and unlocking new levels of presence, mobility, and healing in the body.
