In all reality, I’m not winging it.

Every foil placed + every technique used has a purpose.

If you want low maintenance hair color there’s a few things you need to be ok with.

• A Lived-in Look
The softer it is at the root, the grow out will be more seamless avoiding lines of demarcation

- More of a Subtle Sun-kissed Vibe
Nothing extreme you just want to enhance your natural a bit, not be pink or platinum etc.

- Embracing Grey
Now you can totally cover your greys however they’ll always be maintenance. Once your hair grows out the grey is back. However you at least wouldn’t need to touch up the highlights for a year and only maintain your greys If that’s what you choose!

- Warmth
Everyone’s hair contains warmth. Once your hair is chemically altered that underlining pigment (warmth) always exposes itself. So embracing that warmth will give you longevity vs cool tones will require a fresh gloss every 6-8 weeks.

It weighs HEAVY on us. We wonder if we weren’t good enough? Did we do something wrong? What could I have done better?

Maybe they just feel awkward because they aren’t coming to me anymore? When is reality, I do not mind at all!!
