We are looking for a team member with strong presentation and communication skills and interpersonal skills.

This is an internship so no experience is necessary but you must be able to work independently, have a positive approach, self-motivated, result driven and familiar with the skincare industry.

Develop brand strategy, set well defined brand positioning, portfolio strategy

Increase product's visibility via social media and advertisements

Analyze customer data , new trends and insights and generate ideas on how to translate into ideas for the brand

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights on new campaigns.

Remain current in marketing trends both inside and outside the cosmetic industry.

Generate regular KPI reports, sales forecast, and other relevant reports

Present ideas and final deliverables to internal team and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets

Drive new product development and ensure timeliness of launches

Lead and manage all brand packaging for the business unit
