🎂 Celebrating our team today!

We took a little break to celebrate a very special birthday in the Alta Bella Casa family 🎉

Our Office Administrator's birthday was this past Saturday, and we couldn't let it go without some cheesecake and candles in the conference room. Because that's what family does.

We may be a small team, but that's exactly what makes moments like this so special. Every person here plays an important role in delivering the quality and care our customers have come to expect. We take pride in our work, and we take pride in each other 💪

Here's to the people who make it all happen!

Looking to join a team that values craftsmanship, community, and doing things the right way? We're always looking for good people.

Trades work is hard. Not just physically. Mentally.

Long days on a ladder. Weather that doesn't cooperate. The pressure of getting every cut, every measurement, every install exactly right because someone's safety depends on it. It adds up, and too few people in this industry talk honestly about that part.

We want to change that at Alta Bella Casa. We believe a crew that looks out for each other does better work, plain and simple. That means checking in on your teammates, taking the time you need, and treating mental health with the same seriousness as job site safety.

Right now we're bringing on an apprentice. We're looking for someone who's not just capable with their hands, but who takes their own well-being and their crew's seriously. Someone who wants to learn the craft and be part of a team that has each other's backs.

If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you.

We're adding an apprentice to our crew at Alta Bella Casa. This is hands-on work — egress window and well installation, basement waterproofing, foundation repairs. You'll learn on the job from a team that's completed over 1,500 installations across Western NY since 2009.

This isn't desk work. It's outdoor, physical, detail-driven craftsmanship. We hold ourselves to engineering-grade precision, and we'll teach you to do the same. If you take pride in doing things the right way and want to build a skill that's genuinely in demand, this is a good place to start.

This is why we do what we do!

A basement with so much potential is now a bright, welcoming, code-compliant living space, complete with a beautiful egress window that brings in natural light and meets all emergency escape requirements.

When this homeowner wanted to finish their basement, they needed more than just a window. They needed a safe, livable space their family could actually enjoy. That's exactly what we delivered, and the smile on their face when they saw the finished result says it all.

1,500+ installations. Single-day installs. Permits handled in-house. Basements left cleaner than we found them.

We recently completed this egress window installation, and our customer was so happy with how everything turned out that they reached out and asked us to come back and take photos of the finished job. That kind of trust means everything to us.

What you're seeing here is more than a window. It's a code-compliant emergency escape route, a source of natural light for a below-ground space, and the result of a single-day installation that left the property cleaner than we found it.

This is why we do what we do.
