Real growth comes from:

The best stylists are chasing independence.
They’re choosing salons that make them better.
That’s the real level up. 🔥
No one talks about this part:
→ no mentorship
→ no structure
→ no guidance
→ no one pushing you when you plateau
→ no one to share expenses with
You’re expected to suddenly become:
a marketer, a leader, a financial planner, a receptionist, AND still slay all the hair.
And if you’re not ready?
You don’t grow…
you stay stuck.
You go broke.
You burn out.
The industry lied.
Booth rental was sold as the end goal—
freedom, more money, “being your own boss.”
But no one talks about what comes with it:

And now?
Stylists are quietly coming back to commission salons.

I said the best salon owners are stylists…
but being good at hair doesn’t make you a great leader.
If you’re successfully running the show then you know what I mean.
If you’re not- then it’s time to find out.
Of course I’m happier. I upgraded my circle.
The real question you should be asking ?
- are you just filling chairs? Or building a team?
