Meet Sully the Sole Detective, one of the guides in my Mind Body Sole Squad!

Sully’s first Foot Story assignment is simple:

Find the shoes you wear most often and turn them over.

Look closely:

👟 Do both shoes wear down in the same places?
👟 Is one heel more worn than the other?
👟 Is there more wear along the inside or outside edge?
👟 Does one shoe appear more tilted, twisted, or compressed?

At Body & Sole Wellness Spa, I don’t look at feet as isolated parts. Your footwear, movement, balance, breathing, past injuries, daily activities, and the way your body compensates can all become pieces of your Foot Story.

Uneven shoe wear doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong and it certainly doesn’t tell the entire story. It’s simply a clue worth noticing.
