My intention as you come in to use my services is giving you a space of peace . I see you as you enter my suite, the stress you have carried in. Whether its the last phone call you took or an earlier one, maybe it was the traffic as you arrived for your appointment... As you enter my space your are surrounded by soft scents of aromatherapy, soft music in the back ground and a warm friendly smile. You realize it is your time to take a deep breath. You than enter a soft lighted room that makes you feel safe and calm. I leave the room as you make yourself comfortable on the warm table. As I enter the room you are greeted with another sniff of aromatherapy and the gentle introduction of touch. This is your time if you decide to talk or just breath and allow yourself the time to feel your body melt into an amazing meditative state. Maybe both... your choice:)
As your time ends I feel your energy shift from when you first entered my room. You leave feeling a little lighter than you arrived. Shoulder are not as tight, your low back is free from feeling stuck as well as your energy.
My intention for your massage is for you to find your balance within you. Its different for all of us. I always look forward to guiding you to that place.
