When I started my hair career 16 years ago, there were plenty of people that thought I didn't have what it takes. That I didn't have the talent. They told me I should choose a different career.

When I started my business 6 years ago there were plenty of people that thought I didn't have what it takes. That I wasn't talented enough and didn't know how to run a business. People who had never owned a business tried to give me advice on how to do it.

All of these people were right. I didn't wake up one day with all of the talent in the world. I had never owned a business, I had no idea what I was doing. What they underestimated about me was my determination and how insane I am. I will always work the hard hours. If I dont know something I will spend hours researching until I am an expert. I will always put myself out there. Fall down 9 times get up 10.

Go after your dreams no matter what anyone says. Im so greatful I have always ignored losers.
