Last night when i was reading Lucy Libido's new book about all things bellies to babies and I loved her chapter about the zero trimester. She refers to this time BEFORE conception and basically she lays it out in such a way I knew even if you are not trying to get pregnant so many of you can use this info to help balance and understand whats going on with the highs and lows of your hormones.

So this chat is based on a 28 day cycle. If you have never kept track of your cycle, start that now. So much power comes when you know your body!

I've been doing some research on beads and Chakra and the body and how it can effect ENERGY, FOCUS, MOOD and MORE.

Anyone who knows me knows that I have never used anything on my face except WATER. 💦
I don’t use soaps, lotions, etc. So it was a BIG deal for me to break down and buy this product. I figured I would try it (but was thinking more about Making up a few bottles for some of my friends to try).
