1️⃣ Use a heavier moisturizer.
As the weather gets cooler and the humidity drops, the skin gets drier. This is a great time to add a heavier moisturizer to your routine.

2️⃣ Add a hyaluronic acid serum
Adding a hyaluronic acid serum underneath your moisturizer is an excellent layering approach to staying hydrated, moisturized, and protected.

3️⃣ Try reducing retinols and glycolic acids
Over-exfoliating the skin can create micro-lacerations that result in a loss of hydration and inflammation. Try reducing retinols and glycolic acids a tad this season to avoid overstimulating the skin.

4️⃣ Drink water
Drinking 8–10 glasses of water each day can help keep your skin soft and hydrated. Need a reminder? Try setting an alarm to drink water throughout the day!
