Thanks for following me! I wanted to do a little About Me for anyone new or curious. My name's Cedric! I'm a Rochester (born and raised) stylist and I'm working on my portfolio. I will also be starting an instagram page soon to put myself out of there more.
A lot of people ask what made me want to do hair. Short answer? It's fun, creative, and a great way to help someone pamper themself. Long answer? I've always used my hair to express myself. Whether it was cuts or color, I tried to have the most fun with it. My goal as a stylist is to try and show that joy to others. Not to mention, regular haircuts are a great way to have some Me Time and focus on yourself. Whether that's small talk, quiet relaxation, or chatting about anything and everything. It's not always easy to set time apart in a busy schedule for that. Whatever pampering looks like to you, I'm happy to help you achieve that.
My chair is open to anyone and everyone. Whatever you need, I'm here to help! Feel free to message me about anything. My only request is; Be kind. Be courteous. And Be ready to get creative!

My first customer! Right after I got my license in 2020, he asked me to cut his hair. We went through pictures and finally found a style he liked. I'm glad I got to be the one to do this for him! Always love to do transformations.

And now for some color! We wanted to do something crazy and, boy, did we. Sunflower yellow and a shag/mullet. Perfect for the spring!

Messing around with some curls. Was still getting the hang of rollers at this point! But hey, we all gotta start somewhere. This was back in 2019. Always grateful for having a family that would model for me.

Braids, braids, braids! Some early work while I was still in Cosmetology school. Maybe I'll revisit some of these styles and see what I can do to improve them.
