• No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• A deposit may be required before booking future appointments.
• After 2 no-shows, future booking privileges will be removed.

• Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
• A late fee may apply to rebook.
• I never want to rush your service, and lateness affects the time needed to give you the best results possible.

• Less than 48 hours notice is considered a last minute cancellation.
• Deposits will be forfeited.
• A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
