Thomas Labaille L’Authentique Sancerre 2025 is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Chavignol, grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Native yeast fermentation, lees aging, and no filtration give it a little more texture and depth than your average Sancerre while keeping all that bright freshness we love.

Think green apple, citrus, fresh herbs and lots of chalky minerality. Crisp, lively, and extremely easy to come back to.

R.H. Coutier Cuvée Rosé Grand Cru 🥂🌸

Grower Ch*****ne from Ambonnay Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims, blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for a rosé that’s both fresh and structured. Expect red berries, citrus and a touch of toast with fine bubbles, bright acidity and a dry finish.

Decibel Pétillant Naturel Rosé 🩷🥂

Made from 100% Malbec grown in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, this pét nat starts fermentation in stainless steel and finishes in the bottle, naturally trapping the bubbles. It’s dry, bright and ridiculously fun with loads of raspberry, red berry and fresh acidity. Decibel also farms with certified sustainable practices.

Basically, pink bubbles without taking themselves too seriously.

Borgo Maragliano “La Caliera” Moscato d’Asti is made from 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli grown high in the hills of Piemonte.

Agrícola La Portera Tardano Macabeo 2025 🇪🇸🤍

A fresh, textured Spanish white built around Macabeo, grown at high elevation on clay and limestone soils. Fermented with native yeast and aged on the lees, it has ripe pear, white apple, citrus peel and a subtle floral note, with a creamy texture and salty mineral finish.

Bright enough for seafood and ceviche, but with enough texture to keep things interesting.

Château Partarrieu Sauternes 2023 🍯✨

A classic sweet w**e from Bordeaux made from Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, with botrytis concentrating the fruit and giving Sauternes its signature richness. Expect apricot, orange, honey, hazelnut and caramel, balanced by enough acidity to keep it fresh rather than heavy.

These 375 mL half bottles are perfect when you just want a few glasses with blue cheese, fruit tart, foie gras, or dessert.
