RAFFLE!!!

This year I am having a raffle for a free one-hour massage gift certificate!
A “ticket” (folded piece of paper with your name on it) will be given for each gift certificate bought during the month of December. On January 1st, I will draw one name from this raffle bin and that person will receive a free hour gift certificate for a massage with me! The winner can use it themselves or gift it out.

**During these times (COVID-19), I will not be putting an expiration date on gift certificates so there is no pressure to come in before anyone feels safe. They can be used any time in the future!

Gift certificates can also be purchased and sent without coming into my office- I can mail them out or email printable versions. Ask me about payment options, I have a variety!

(3) This link shows you how to release tension using tennis balls- I highly recommend this. Tennis balls can release trigger points and lengthen muscles depending on how you use them and this article is great for showing you examples. If it’s one of your dogs tennis balls, just put it in a sock to avoid drool on your shirt!

(4) Body Buddy/ Thera-cane
This is my absolute favorite product. I have two of them-one at home and one in my office. Most of my family members and friends have this product, too. It is the next-best-thing to a massage in my opinion. (I swear I don’t get paid to advertise these!) (5) Roleo Tennis Elbow Massager
This product is wonderful for tight forearms- you can adjust the pressure and control your own forearm massage. This will help will carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, golf elbow, and general forearm tension.
