Big News! I am so excited to inform you that effective June 2024, The Mane Exhibit is relocating to Holly, Michigan, just 5 minutes from cute and historic downtown Holly! I cannot wait to share this new space with everyone!

All guests that have appointments already booked during the months of June or after, will just need to arrive at the new location!

I will be posting updates as well as sending out information to each of you via text and/or email in regards to the new location's specific address and any other information you need to know! I want to make this transition as smooth as possible while continuing to serve all your beauty needs.

It's been 1 month today since my baby girl was born! With that, I just wanted to update everyone in regards to maternity leave! I still plan to be back in the salon in March! I will post an official return date mid February. If you have an important event, upcoming trip, wedding, or some occasion that you feel you must have your hair done for, let me know. I can't make any promises that I can get you in before hand, but if you are concerned, reach out and I'll do my best! I'll be in touch with more updates and details as far as scheduling goes later this month! Thank you all for your patience and understanding as I have stepped back to savor this special time.

Hot tip! Regularly replacing your brush is so important when it comes to keeping your hair and scalp healthy! Over time, the buildup of bacteria and dust in the brush can clog your hair follicles and lead to irritation on your scalp. Using that brush on your freshly washed hair can actually cause it to feel oily even faster. If the bristles are missing or crooked this can also cause damage or increase the amount split ends. So treat yourself and go buy a new hair brush to protect those pretty strands!

The good old before and after photo! Did you know that probably 50% of the time I post a before and after transformation, the before photo is actually my work. Color fades, toner fades, hair grows out. The before photo is typically after I haven't seen my clients in, say, 6 months or so. There's a lot that can happen to the hair in that amount of time. What else makes that before photo not as appealing? The hair is in need of a cut, it's not blown out or styled, and the lighting in my suite is not the best. What makes the after photo? The fresh blow out, the style, a fresh hair cut, good lighting, the right pose, and a happy confident guest!

When your sitting in my chair, that is YOUR time to spend however you want to! And I can customize my suite to fit whatever type of experience it is that you want to have! Whether you want to listen to country music or no music, it's your choice. If you want to bring your laptop and work during your appointment, go for it. If you want the music off to listen to your favorite show or watch or movie, you do as you please. This is your time to relax, sleep, vent, laugh, zone out, ask questions , whatever it is your in the mood for. You set the tone, and I'll follow your lead.

Yesterday was my last onsite wedding for year before my maternity leave! What a bittersweet feeling that is! So thankful for all my beautiful brides this year that trusted me to be apart of their special day ❤️

So for now, let's sit back and admire how gorgeous is! I cannot get over her eyes!
