I don’t like making posts like this, but I feel obligated to warn my fellow small business owners.
She is a scammer. She went through the process of ordering soaps down to the details, and when asked to pay via Venmo asked for my email bc her business account requires her to provide it.
I know from the past that this is completely false. Scammers want your email address to access and open other accounts. When I told her I declined the order, she disappeared on messenger.
She didn’t get me, I didn’t even make the soaps, but please be cautious bc she provided a valid mailing address, it just wasn’t hers.
