Everyone retwists their locs at different times depending on their loc size, the specific look they're going for and they're hair texture!!!

Some may have smaller locs and prefer a more neat look and will retwist every 2-3 weeks.

Some may have bigger and thicker locs and prefer to retwist every 2-3 months.

Like myself, I have Semi Freeform locs and EXTREMELY SOFT 4a/4b type hair! My locs are going to be thick and CRAZY FRIZZY!! I retwist ONLY my roots on average 3xs a year!!!
