Please help us wish Cindy, our patient care coordinator in Rock Springs a wonderful retirement as she finishes her last full day with us today!
Cindy has been with us for 14 years and we can’t thank her enough for her service and support of our company as it’s grown and changed significantly over the years!

Desk job? Your body still needs a little TLC during the workday.
Hours at a computer can add up. If you notice stiffness, tension, or discomfort by the end of the day, try building a few simple movement habits into your routine:
🔹 Move before you feel stiff. Stand up, stretch, or take a short walk every 30–60 minutes.
🔹 Switch positions throughout the day. Your next posture is often more important than trying to maintain one “perfect” posture for hours.
🔹 Check your workspace. Keep your screen, keyboard, and mouse positioned so you aren't constantly reaching, twisting, or looking down.
🔹 Relax those shoulders. If you catch yourself creeping them toward your ears, reset and let them drop.
🔹 Take screen breaks. Give both your eyes and your body a chance to reset throughout the day.
And remember: persistent pain isn't something you have to simply accept as part of having a desk job. Physical therapy can help identify what may be contributing to your discomfort and give you practical strategies to keep moving comfortably.
Small changes throughout your workday can make a BIG difference. 🙌
