We all try to be as accommodating as possible, as we head into our most chaotic schedules of the year please remember. Every hour counts to get everyone one in for events, holidays, etc. The 24 hour requirement is not random, it’s buys us both time. Time to adjust extra hours not needing to pay a babysitter, time to call people on our cancelation list, time to find someone who can swap appts with you. We appreciate and respect all our clients time, we just ask the same in return. As well as the understanding when cancelation fees are charged to supplement lost time on our schedules. 🖤
