Hi everyone! Let me re-introduce myself, my name is Emily Binger. I am a hairstylist in Rockford, IL. I have been in the hair world for almost 5 years now. I took a break for a little bit but I am back accepting new clients! I will be part time, due to having a full time job during the week.
