Today I'm having a Sunflower Bacon Crunch Chopped Salad! It's a mix of green cabbage, kale, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, sunflower seeds, and bacon crumbles with a sweet onion dressing. 🥗

Also...I did cave and have a 100 calorie bag of popcorn today. It was delicious! 🍿

Lunch today: Everything Chopped salad...green leaf lettuce, shredded broccoli, red & savoy cabbage, mini bagel toasts, carrot, green onion, everything bagel seasoning with everything seasoned ranch dressing. Added some sunflower seeds for protein! Mmm! 🥗

Bump in the road....and my face. My beautiful baby girl broke my nose on Sunday, inside and out. Luckily they glued the outside back together, the inside seems to be aligned good enough to properly heal. Taking a few days off from working out...I'm barely making it thru work! It's always something! 😵

My breakfast today...unfortunately I'm not too happy about it, but my body needs healthy fuel. My workout yesterday was HARD and I'm feeling it today. 💪🏻

It's not always pretty...but it's healthy! Today's breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs, a banana and lots of water, of course. I still have 1 egg left and I need to have my morning snack! Ahhh! 🥚🥚

Today, we fast. Ice water and hot green tea all day long! 💪🏻
