We’ll start the day with a beginner-friendly 45-minute yoga flow, ease into journaling and meditation, then enjoy light snacks and pressed juices together!🧘‍♀️

I’m so excited to share that our yoga flow will be led by Blue of Blue Moon Wellness, a certified yoga instructor and aesthetician who also teaches locally at VASA Fitness.
💙Blue actually traveled to Tenerife, Spain for her yoga certification, and she brings the most contagious, uplifting energy into every room. I truly adore her and can’t wait for you all to experience a class with her!🌙
