We turned away 7-8 phone call requests and 9 walk-ins today alone. Realistically, we’ve probably turned away 25-30 potential clients this week.
Unfortunately, our barbers are so busy that we’re struggling to find openings for clients who are even willing to book appointments.
We need more barbers. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
We’re looking for licensed barbers or stylists only. Please DO NOT message me if you are not licensed, unless you are currently enrolled in a barbering or cosmetology apprentice program.
I’m not looking to hire anyone that doesn’t want to work 30+ hours. No part timers.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone with experience, but I’m willing to make an exception for someone truly exceptional.
