If you are not a wash daily girly and you feel like by the end of day 3 your ends are dry as the desert 🌵 don’t necessarily grab oil (which is built to lock IN existing moisture) add a leave in conditioner to the beginning of your routine and see if that helps. 💕

Busting myths every Monday for you! Did you know that your hair is made of a protein called keratin? Your body will take what it needs first. iIf you’re not giving your body enough nutrition your hair skin and nails will receive it last. Ensure you have great hair by fueling your body and using quality products on your hair.

Over-brushing isn’t helpful—but gentle brushing is.

Brushing aggressively or ripping very tangled, wet hair can lead to breakage, especially on finer or chemically treated hair.

Using the right brush for the job and brushing gently from the ends up helps distribute natural oils, reduce knots, and keep hair looking smoother without unnecessary damage. Don’t forget to brush your scalp as well! That will encourage blood flow and stimulating growth.

We recommend using a wet brush out of the shower with a leave in conditioner. A paddle brush works great when your hair is dry.
