💥Soooo New Year, new location, and a new schedule!💥

Due to the new location Tuesdays and Thursdays we do not have space in the winter. Have no fear, I promise to still provide at home workouts for monthly payers! They will not be HIIT based always, and will be supplemental to the strength work we are doing MWF.

You can expect full body workouts MWF, with a bigger emphasis on cardio (think HIIT) and core (posteriorly and anteriorly from glutes up to the shoulders) on Wednesdays. Mondays and Fridays will include push and pull moves for upper body while always also blasting the legs.

HUGE bonus: no more lugging of the weights as we have designated space to store it all!!!!!!! I will also bring a tub so we can keep rolled mats there as well!

(I promise your T/Th home workouts will be useful and definitely results based when partnered with the week. I’m going to miss them too! But I don’t think this will be long term…)
