One thing I can say, is sooner or later you’re going to have to prioritize your actual hair,

Natural haircare should take priority over weave when it comes to your thought process with your hair.

If you always want to cover it up you won’t have the hair that you feel comfortable wearing out.

😂 Lbvs. It’s a lot of us who have thin hair but I’m not going to look bald I’m going to find a way that’s still good for my hair.

It can seem limiting with thin hair and the first thing is oh I couldn’t do that. Instead find out what you can alter to make it work.

Going smaller on thin hair is a set up for failure. Thin hair gets tangled and matted a lot faster in smaller sections it’s one of the reasons there’s a lot of hair loss and breakage

The other one is the weight. We need more hair in a section to help tension from weight. Going smaller gives less stands to help with that.

Please don’t sacrifice your hair just to look like everyone else. This gives you an opportunity to stand out with something different.

Matted hair from two strands twist is a problem

Smaller two strands twist don’t last longer. Many people believe that they should have more to be able to keep them where it looks nice for a longer period of time.

🚫That’s actually not true.

✅The technique you use to put your twist in matter more than the size that you have and if you want your twist to actually help your hair going smaller is the wrong direction you want larger twist instead

✅If you are trying to pick styles that are better for your hair, definitely do that one small thing go larger

Doing hair is just not for everybody

And that’s OK

for the people that it’s not for, that’s why you have hairstylist that will do it for you

when I see these comments because the thought be all wrong.

A protective Style does not grow your hair. It just keeps you from messing up your hair you grew out.

I feel like the we be too busy looking for growth instead of learning to keep it. Which keep you on a constant hamster wheel

Just protect what you have a you will see longer hair it’s literally that simple
