Meet our newest Licensed Massage Therapist, Mary!
Excited is an understatement :)
Mary comes to us with 20+ years of experience in the massage & bodywork industry-a RARE gem. As sports massage therapist, each session is designed around your body, activity level, areas of tension, and specific goals.

An athlete?
Got chronic pain/tension?
Recovering from an injury?
Simply looking to move and feel better?
𝓜𝓪𝓻𝔂'𝓼 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓰𝓲𝓻𝓵!

And One thing you should know about our team?
Slow and steady is the name of the game for us.
Our team takes hiring seriously- the RIGHT fit for our team, culture, and guest experience is more important to us than rushing a therapist in to fill the books.
Because our guests are worth it!

Stay updated for Mary's schedule and special opportunities to book in October! 🧡🤗🙏🏼

A HUGE shout out to our massage therapist Chloe, who set up this wonderful Trunk or Treat event with Screw City Jeeps this past weekend!

Our team had a blast seeing all of the kiddos in their costumes and giving Mom & Dad a sweet little treat too!

(How amazing is this 💀💀 set up, though?!)

One thing I LOVE LOVE about our location?? Were smack dab in the middle of :

✅ shopping
✅ fitness studios
✅hotels
✅restaurants
✅ and now all the drive-through coffee spots!

We have many guests who are visiting Rockford for a day or two and booking with us, I can easily share a fun itinerary while they’re in town.

So, if you’re visiting for a few or in the area and have some time before or after your visit with us, explore the food, drink, and local shopping we have around us!

(BTW, the new 7 Brew across from our office has FREE coffee this week ☕️☕️!)

Is anyone else really kinda LOVING this rainy, cool weather???
