One thing our team has been implementing since January is quarterly meetings! It’s a time for us to sit down and connect ( on both a personal & professional level) , talk about what happened last quarter, things we did right, areas we can improve in, and what to look forward to.

Last night, we got together for dinner and convo at Thunder Bay Grille! It’s safe to say we’ve been blessed with the BEST, and each meeting just keeps getting better. We are so grateful for the team members that make RITUAL what it is✨✨. Cheers to another great quarter and looking ahead to the rest of 2026!!

Yesterday, we shared that we are joining ABMP's Massage is for Everybody Week. So, who exactly are they??

ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) is one of the largest professional associations supporting massage therapists & bodywork professionals across the country!

Yesterday, we shared that we are joining ABMP's Massage is for Everybody Week. So, who exactly are they??-rt for therapists- while also helping the public better understand the value and benefits of massage therapy.

And we are so proud to participate in their "Massage Is For Every Body" initiative ✨!

Because massage isn't just for athletes. It isn't just for people with injuries. It isn't a luxury or something you "earn." Massage is for the busy mom who carries everyone else's weight. It's for the first responder who gives so much to others. It's for the caregiver who needs care too. It's for the person living with stress, tension or simply someone who needs a moment to reconnect with themselves.
Massage is for quite literally- every body- and we're honored to help share that message.
