Mila Kunis wants to be "snatched," and reminds us that after kids, your feet and nose are never quite the same again 😂 Relatable, right?

Good news, contour still works exactly like it should. Find the hollow under your cheekbone, that's your line. Cream formula, blend up toward the temple. Keep it soft, not sculpted, structure over stripes.

Follow along for more real, no-fuss tutorials like this one.

Turn It Up is still going, and I wanted to make sure you saw it before it wraps up this week.

25% off orders $100+ USD ($140+ CAD), plus every single order includes a KeratinLuxe sample, so even if you're just trying us out for the first time, you get a little extra to test.

This has genuinely been one of my favorite offers to share this month because it's such an easy way to actually experience the products instead of just hearing me talk about them.

Comment TURN IT UP and I'll send you the link, or it's already in my bio. 🥰

5 eye makeup tips that quietly take years off (no filter needed) 👀

1. Skip harsh liner on your lower lash line. It can drag the eye down, a soft smudged shadow opens it up instead.
2. Curl before you apply, not after. Doing it after can crease your shadow, and a curl does more for "awake eyes" than mascara alone.
3. Cream over powder near the eye. Powder can settle into fine lines by midday, cream formulas blend seamlessly and actually stay put.
4. Groom your brows first. A soft, lifted brow does more for a youthful look than almost anything else on this list.
5. Don't skip lash care. Healthy, longer lashes read as "awake" even with zero makeup on, it's honestly why I've been using a lash growth serum daily.

Which one are you trying first? 👇

Monday reset, business edition. If you've been thinking about adding a second income stream without adding chaos to your week, here's your sign.

Beauty Society's Power Pair is the lowest-friction way in I've found in 20 years of doing this. $1 gets you a digital join plus 60% off your first kit, or go all in for $29 with the full Power Pair bundle: Lash Influencer, Enamor Lash, and the same 60% off code. No garage full of inventory, just pro-aging skincare that actually performs and a community that gets it.

Ready to see if it's for you? Comment JOIN and I'll send you the deets.

Want a sharp, defined wing without the shaky-hand struggle? 🤎

Try the tape trick! Start with a medium shade all over the lid, add a light shade to brighten the inner corner, and a dark shade at the outer corner for definition. Blend it all together with a fluffy brush, then place a strip of tape at an angle before adding a dark brown liner along the edge. Peel the tape away to reveal a crisp, clean wing.

Liquid eyeshadow is a great option if you have mature skin. It blends smoothly without settling into fine lines, giving you soft, buildable color that still looks defined by the end of the day.
Which shade combo would you try first? Let us know in the comments.

Today I feel called to share something really raw and vulnerable.

After yesterday's news about Perez Hilton on TikTok Live, I was reminded how important it is to share the dark times too, not just the highlights. Mental health is something that's still so misunderstood, so stereotyped, and just not talked about enough.

I've had several bouts of depression lasting one to three years at a time since I was in college. And I need to say this clearly: it is ignorant to tell someone that clinical depression can be cured just by changing your habits or your outlook. I wish it were that easy. When the chemicals in your brain are imbalanced, things look grim. You feel hopeless, ashamed, and like it will never get better. You don't have the energy to even seek help, and even when you do speak up, the people who love you may not fully understand how deep you already are by the time you ask.

I've never been suicidal, but I have been in a place where I didn't want to live. Depression runs deep in my family. My brother died by su***de when he was a teenager, and it's something we've rarely talked about since.

I want to advocate for anyone carrying this. If someone you love opens up to you about how they're feeling, be relentless in helping them get real support, a psychiatrist who can help medically and a therapist who can help you work through it. Both matter.

The picture I'm sharing is from one of the hardest periods of my life. I don't even look like myself in it. I had just started a new medication, had gained some weight, and was carrying so much sadness about where things stood.

Here's what nobody tells you. People feel for you at first. But time moves on, and eventually they just want you to be okay again. So you stop talking about it. You bottle it up. You sleep, or numb it however you can. And the shame creeps in.

If someone you love brings this to you, please don't let it be a one time conversation. Stay in it with them until they're actually better.

I'm endlessly grateful for Rob and my family, who loved and stood by me through it. And I'm so happy to say I love my life again. 🤍
