My x2 blessings are here 🫶🏽🫶🏽 which means I’m about 20x slower with responses and being on time. Please give me grace for about the next 18 years, since I now have 5 kids under 5 😂🤣🙏🏼 Over the next few months, I’m going to slowly increase my availability and hours as we all adjust.

If you usually send me messages on messenger, I’m way worse at getting back to those, so if you can text me at 815-757-5403, that would help me keep appointments more organized 🙌🏼

Currently my in-salon back to school dates are August 3rd, 5th and 11th. Text me for openings! If you need an in-home appointment, it’ll be scheduled a different day due to travel.

I left Twisted Scissors and am back at my previous location, RAGS Hair Studio in North Rockford. I will be there until further notice and I figure out what move best accommodates my family. Don’t worry, I’m still staying very local! 🙂

✨Maternity Leave Update ✨

Hi everyone, I will be done taking pre booked appointments June 19th. However, following that, I may still take appointments first come, first serve, as I feel able to work. If you have an appointment with me after the 19th, your appointment is still scheduled, I just don’t want to overload myself. I will be unavailable for any appointments and most likely will not respond to any messages, for the month of July. I will start pre-booking appointments again in August, as I will have a date of return by then. I hope to open up a couple days in August for back to school cuts, even if I’m not back full time then, so stay tuned for those dates!

The Loves Park Police Department is proud to announce the launch of the Blue Envelope Program! 💙

This is a voluntary, community-based initiative designed to assist individuals with autism, dementia, or other developmental disabilities during interactions with law enforcement.

The blue envelope serves as a simple but powerful communication tool. When presented during a traffic stop or other interaction, it signals to officers that the individual may benefit from additional patience, clear communication, or specific accommodations, such as sensitivity to lights and sirens. It also provides a helpful, non-verbal way to communicate that someone may experience anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or difficulty with verbal interaction.

The envelope can also store important documents. What should be placed inside the envelope?

We are excited to announce, we’re adding to our family! As a heads up, I will be taking maternity leave this summer. I will keep you updated as it gets closer, but my leave will probably start sometime in June. I will definitely be returning to work- so no worries there, I’m not going anywhere 😊
