Linger at the dinner table with your friends, hug them as often as possible. Create the things that you are a channel for, don't dismiss your gifts or your curiosity or the beauty that is trying to find you. Pay attention to what reaches for you in this life, and reach back. Send the message. Be the person who cares. Leave people better than you found them. Try your best to forgive, to let go, to not make your hurt a cage. Live as loudly as possible.
