Mousie The Barber

I still remember 9/11. I was in 3rd grade, sitting in class, too young to fully understand what was happening. We were sent home early that day, and when I got there, both of my parents were home.

At that age, I didn’t understand the magnitude of what I was seeing on TV. I just knew something terrible had happened and that the whole world suddenly felt different.

Now, as an adult and a father myself, I look back on that day completely differently. I think about the families who were waiting for someone who never made it home. The children who lost a parent. The husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, friends, firefighters, police officers, first responders, and everyday people whose lives changed forever.

25 years later, I can still remember where I was that morning.

Today we remember the lives that were lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who have carried that loss every day since.

A decade of loyalty.

One of many loyal clients I've had the privilege of growing with. Over the years, this chair has become more than a place for haircuts it's been a place for conversations, laughs, life lessons, and sometimes even therapy. We've watched each other grow through different chapters of life.
Loyalty isn't just about showing up year after year. It's about trust, consistency, and being there through the highs and lows. Real loyalty deserves more than recognition it deserves appreciation.
Thank you for 10 years of trust, my brother. It's an honor to have been part of your journey. Here's to many more years of growing, grinding, and keeping each other sharp. 💈🤝

It's never been about how talented you are it's about giving everything you've got, every single day.

Don't sit around waiting for results. Go out and create them. Nothing worthwhile is handed to you; it's earned through consistency, discipline, and hard work.

Stop comparing yourself to everyone else. Your journey is different because you're different. The moment you stop trying to keep up with other people is the moment you'll begin to grow, shine, and see the results you've been working for.

Be better than the person you were yesterday not someone else today🙏🏼

Heaven doesn't always whisper.
Sometimes it speaks through the thunder, the clouds, and the light breaking through the storm.
