Less is more - Skip the 10 step routine. Pick your core products, or I can help you pick them, and stay consistent for at least 4 weeks. No adding, no swapping. Your skin needs time to adjust and actually show you results.

Hands off the scrub + exfoliate only 1-2x per week - And check your labels. So many cleansers, toners, and serums sneak in exfoliating acids like AHAs, BHAs, or even retinols. You might be over exfoliating daily without realizing it.

Hydration inside and out - Drink lots of water and drench your skin with Hyaluronic Acid (HA) & ceramide rich products. Your barrier needs both. This helps fill in those fine lines and plump saggy or sunken in skin. I especially see this make a difference in the forehead and mouth/cheek area.

Protect daily - SPF and Vitamin C are your barrier’s bodyguards. Wear them!

Monthly reset - Your facial is where we repair, replenish, and keep your results on track.
