In this time of holidays and giving, I would like to proudly introduce you to some of my favorite superheroes. My 7th grade students. I am so blessed to share my days with them. Majority of my students are dealing with learning obstacles, unpredictable living situations, and extreme basic unmet needs. The stories they bravely share with me shatter my heart.
There is never a dull moment in Ms. Dolphin’s class. I literally tip over laughing daily, we can get frustrated with each other, misunderstand, even cry together. This world can be a very scary place, especially for them. We have created a class dream wish list to offer them a space where they can feel safe, encouraged, loved, inspired, and learn to soar.

Year one.. Just the beginning my love. Cheers to you dear one. So grateful you were born and grew in your mama’s belly. For such a time as this. You have so much to teach me.

Hi fellow yogis! I wanted to share with you this July's yoga schedule along with some mantras that'll help guide our session. I am so thrilled to flow with y'all again and continuing to bring peace and joy into one another's life!

Happy Thanksgiving from most of my family (some precious souls not seen) to all of yours! In a time of chaos and extreme unknowns it’s so important to focus on gratitude. Love wins. God is good. We all are blessed in a million ways. Find the good, it’s there always, sometimes we just have to look a little harder. Much love. For such a time as this. Be the Change.

Going deeper into my breathe work.

As I am sitting in the courthouse to see if I am called for jury duty, (Happy Monday me) let me just say I am soooooo looking forward to spending this evening on our mats together. I can’t promise a sunset like last week, that was a miracle. What I can offer is an invitation for a community driven practice, open to absolutely all levels of experience, so many of my little yogi’s never practiced before here. It’s another gorgeous Michigan day! Let’s enjoy it for outdoor yoga tonight at 7pm. If you can’t make it in person please feel free to join us on ZOOM! The crazier the world becomes around us, the more I challenge us to find the peace within. And yes I just had to add a picture of my perfectly adorable nephew Briggs because how can’t that make your Monday better?

Tonight will be so hype. Yoga and DJ at Forever Young Studios tonight at 6:30 with Justin Rewa. It’s such a sexy vibe. Gentle Flow while Justin is spinning. We don’t need you to be “good” at yoga, just show up, bring all of you, with an open heart to a new experience. We are stronger together. We will be grabbing dinner afterwards and would love to have you come hang with us. Learning to breathe and let go are tools we all need to strengthen. They are accessible to us at all times, no matter where you are or what you are experiencing. So carve out sometime for yourself and come check us out. Live loved. Stay human.
