Gentle Flow Yoga starts on 9/9!
Rockland Recreation has teamed up with Cardinal Yoga and Body Work!
Each class is beginner friendly, mat-based class for all abilities. The instructor will be teaching using the mirror method to help teach the poses.
This class is suited for ages 18 and up however if you have a child 14 and older that would like to attend the program with you please call the office to register them for the class. 781-871-1730 or email us at [email protected]
