Please be mindful of your appointment time, as our stylists run on a very tight schedule to ensure every guest receives the time and attention they deserve.

We kindly ask that you plan ahead by leaving a little earlier or considering an alternate route if construction may affect your travel time.

If you arrive late and your stylist is unable to complete your service within the remaining appointment time, we will gladly help you reschedule. However, please be aware that you may still be charged for the missed appointment time.

Our stylists work on commission, and an empty chair due to a late arrival means lost income that cannot be recovered.
