Rosie named it the Vault because walking into a new salon makes most people tense. New stylist, new room. A vault is the one place you are safe.
The other side of the door is the team. Stylists come in straight out of beauty school, work beside a mentor three days a week, train four to six hours every Wednesday, and take their own clients one day a week. Ten levels to climb from there.
Rosie wants ten locations, with the stylists who help build them owning a piece.
