Hi, I have a 3 chair small salon looking to rent out 2 fulltime and 1 parttime or the entire salon, Rent is $800 per chair and $500 for the PT. If interested in all we can make adjustments. The space has a private bathroom, mixing room/ break room with many amenities,a small refrigerator, Kerug coffee maker, Britta water purifier, microwave, wi-fi and all utilities would be included(water,cable, electricity, AC. with the exception of cell phone service and / or landline. There is ample storage, great parking, close to Costco and all beauty supplies nearby. Towel service is available at your own expense. This community has several other units who also have made into small salons, so it's a great community of hair stylists and barbers. Requirements to rent this space are cosmetology/ barber license, business license, general liability insurance. a rental agreement stating if you are fined by BOC, you will be responsible for any fines imposed on the salon and or your license. Other supplies such as coffee,toiletries and cleaning supplies will be at the renters expense. I hope that gives all the info necessary. Space will be available 7.1.23. So, as you can see, I have decided to recreate luvhare salon. We will have new stations, chairs and a new shampoo backwash. A whole new look. Your going to love it! Friend's and followers I hope you are all doing great in the safety of your own home,driveway or garden. Some of you know I have been working from home on my business, in the process I have come across a very inspiring educator! Britt Seva, who is a master business planner, market guru that only teaches in my industry, Hair Salon's. I am so excited to be where we are right now. I hope each and every one of you are able to find the blessing's in all the chaos and become inspired as well.
