Clock in with me, bestie!! We’ve been a little quiet on socials, but trust we’ve been in motion. Lashes, brows, waxing, and those snatched lymphatic massages, plus stepping out for vendor and activation tables. We’ve been showing up, doing demos, talking benefits, and putting people on to real body care.

Lately, it feels like the beauty industry is split into two groups: the people who genuinely support others, and the people who spend their time trying to prove everyone else wrong.
Different perspectives are important. We don’t all have to agree on everything. But constantly looking for someone to criticize, call out, or compete with creates an environment where nobody really wins.
The truth is, there are plenty of clients to serve, plenty of businesses to grow, and plenty of opportunities to go around.
The professionals I admire most aren’t worried about what everyone else is doing. They’re focused on serving their clients, investing in their education, mastering their craft, and continuing to grow.
I’ve learned that when you focus on your own lane, collaboration comes easier and comparison gets quieter.
